Are LaMO-LITE styles supposed to be left united? How do I tighten them?

Yes, from a styling standpoint they are meant to be untied. These styles are meant to be casual slip on styles. However, if you wanted to tighten them, you could always double knot the ends.

Where can I buy shoe laces for your shoes?

We do not currently sell replacement laces for our products.

Do your shoes have arch support?

Do you have insoles for LaMO-LITE that can be purchased?

We have a new LaMO-LITE cut to fit insole that will be unlined and available Spring of 2024.

Can the insoles be removed in your product?

All LaMO-LITE insoles are removable. All cupsole boots are removable (Jacinta, Dharma). The rest of the line is not removable.

If I'm a half size, should I size up or down?

Our vulcanized styles (Vita, Piper, Amelie) tend to be run large, so we would recommend sizing down.

Our LaMO-LITE product runs true to size - if you're a half size, we recommend sizing up.

For our fur lined products, we would also recommend sizing up.

If your LAMO is dirty, use a mild detergent and wipe the dirty area with a clean damp cloth. Let your LAMO product dry in the shade.

Do not put LAMO product in a washer or dyer. Also, never submerge LAMO product in water.

LAMO recommends an initial snug fit. In time, the upper  will stretch and lining will shape to your foot creating a prefect fit just for you.

LAMO Footwear® Warranty Policy

LAMO Footwear, proudly stands behind its product with a 1 year Warranty against defective materials and factory workmanship. All items sent in for warranty which are older than one year from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that LâMO will use its discretion to offer an exchange or credit but does not perform product repairs.

The LâMO Warranty applies only to authentic product purchased directly from www.lamofootwear.com or an authorized retailer or Authorized Web-Retailer.

Unauthorized sellers on websites such as Amazon may sell products that are used, refurbished, counterfeit, stolen, defective or have defaced, missing or altered product labels. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the printed receipt and return form included in the return shipment.
