Delivery/Shipping Guidelines

Orders placed Monday-Friday will begin processing the next business day, excluding holidays and weekends, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. Lamo Footwear customer support will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. All orders are shipped USA using UPS Ground, Next day and 2nd day. Rates are calculated through UPS calculator. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify sales@lamosheepskin.com. All California deliveries will incur an 8.50% sales tax. Please contact sales@lamoosheepskin.com if you have any questions. Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

International Shipping Discalimer

International customers must pay applicable sales tax, tariffs, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, tariffs, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by Lamo Footwear, please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded. Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$ 200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.

Tracking your Order

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from lamofootwear.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to lamofootwear.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
